As of 29 April 2026, all messages concerning warranty issues are to be sent via the Minu Merko (My Merko) site.

My Merko is the central location for all important information related to your home and communication regarding warranty work will be stored there as well.

My Merko user accounts can be set up at merko.ee/minumerko. If you are the owner of an apartment with a valid warranty but don’t see information for your apartment after you’ve logged in, please let us know at kodud@merko.ee.

On matters concerning common areas (stairwells, yards, facades, roofs and playgrounds) and utilities (heating, electricity, ventilation, low-voltage systems, water, sewerage), contact the building manager and/or apartment association.
